Why have we moved to a new support system?
You may have noticed that we now have a new support system up and running.
Unfortunately I had to switch from the old system as it decided to give up the ghosts - sometimes it would Pipe in the support tickets, other times it didn't, sometimes it would notify me of new ticket replies, but sometimes it wouldn't - you get the picture!
So we've now moved to a new support system, powered by Kayako.
The new system includes lots of new features, but mainly, it makes it much easier for me to keep up with everything. So you should see a vast improvement in the response time to your support requests.
Anybody that submitted a ticket to the old system, and has yet to receive a reply, it's most likely that it got lost during the move, so please could you resubmit your ticket to the new system and I'll get back to you ASAP.
